No, a qualified Buy ‘n’ Try order can only be placed with a certified Lighting Specialist after discussing your LED lighting project. A Lighting Specialist will help you select the right LEDs for your Buy ‘n’ Try order and remove any associated shipping charges from your order.

Can anyone participate in the Buy ‘n’ Try program?

Buy ‘n’ Try is reserved for our commercial/business customers- those who purchase lighting for their business or place of employment.

How much will it cost to try an LED product?

A qualified Buy ‘n’ Try order requires you to purchase the LEDs first. Bulbs.com will waive the shipping charges to your place of business and should you need to return the order, we’ll take care of the shipping back and waive restocking fees.

What if I need to return my Buy ‘n’ Try order?

If you were not satisfied with your LEDs and they were not right for your application, contact your certified Lighting Specialist to set up a return. They will make arrangements to pick up the product at no cost to you and once received in our warehouse and in its original packaging/resalable condition, a full credit will be issued. Any restocking fees will also be waived.

How long can I test the LEDs for?

Qualified Buy ‘n’ Try orders should be tested within 14 days of receiving them.

Is there a minimum amount for my Buy ‘n’ Try order?

The number of LEDs for your Buy ‘n’ Try order will be based on the discussion with your Lighting Specialists and the scale of your LED lighting project or retrofit. In general, full orders should exceed $500.
